WRONG PACKAGE

<p>all i wanted to do is to change the line speed of the wifi to 8mbps and now i am still on a 4mbps line but on uncapped? i phoned but they say i am not allowed to change this now i can only change it next month??? why should i pay for something i don’t want? if you go into my account you’ll see i can’t even get through the 100gig i receive per month and now i have to pay for uncapped?????? </p> <p>please change the package or cancel the service!!! if this debit order is going through i WILL reverse it as i am paying in advance and I’m am not for something i DO NOT want!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
