Wrong line and never informed - Charges me R3000

<p>I recently was looking to upgrade my business line and was looking at the bundles on Afrihost. I noticed then that the bundle I am on the 2Mb Business Line cost R497 pm, however I was paying R597 pm. After quering this, I was informed that I bundled my 4Mb with my 2Mb package. I never did this, I selected the 2Mb business line, this is what my bill also states.</p> <p> </p> <p>After quering it with Afrihost, they said it was my mistake so my problem. I am not a tech expert and they knew I was getting no benefit but never informed me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was always very pro-Afrihost with all my data contracts with them, but this is not coming to an end if this is the type of service they deliver.</p>
