Wost customer care at Afrihost

I had the most horrible experience ever, their customer service is so useless.... They are unable to resolve the issue. I have never interacted with such *********** management. The get the order wrong, no accountability whatsoever..... No apologies all they tell you all the time it can't be done. They overcharged my account and they can't refund my money they are telling me the only way to refund me is if I return the router. I m so frustrated becos the said my money will be refunded 7-14days.... Now suddenly I have to return the router to be refunded. Meanwhile I paid for a service and can't even use the wifi. Worst service ever!!!
