Worst wireless network by Afrihost

It's the worst ever experience I've had where wifi network is concerned. I've not even had it a month and I've had dropped network from day one. I logged call regarding my issue and was on the line with Afrihost almost the whole day today and still I'm left without wifi. Now it's not even a case of dropped network. Now it's not working at all. Instead of 'Pure Internet Joy" it's "Pure internet pain". Needless to say, I'll be canceling my subscription.
