Worst web hosting ever

<p>We had a small package for an ecommerce site and it was slow. A consultant advised us to move to a dedicated server that costs almost 4 times what we were paying in order to get he speed we need so we did it only to find it worse off and more slower than ever and also our emails do not work anymore. But when we call it we get told everything is moved successfully and in fully working order. Now how can that be true???? Worst service ever</p>
