Worst transfer ever.

I am doing a transfer from my last ISP to Afrihost and it must be the worst transfer I have ever had. It should just take a couple of hours from past experiences, but I am at day 4 with at least 4 calls a day, each being 1+ hours with still no internet and having to tell my boss that I cant work because Afrihost did not keep up with their end of the bargain.
