Worst than telkom

I used afrihost as my ISP while telkom managed the line. I was so happy with the service I received that I eventually switch my line over to afrihost as well (not a simple process as at all). WHAT A DISASTER! I am unable to use my line. Despite having a 4mbs line, I rarely get over 1mbs despite having to pay for the full amount. And of course when I try to reach out to them concerning the issues, it is always after hours and have to wait for the following day to get a response. I don't understand how the same line can drop in line speed to that extend between Telkom and Afrihost.<br>
