Worst support team

Great service when it works. If you have any issues you better off canceling and moving providers because they are extremely unhelpful.

Updated my payment details in December and removed the old ones, since then one of my products keeps going into arrears and not deducting off my account, been trying to get their support team to fix it but they are of no use. Basically paying them has to be a mission every month and on-top of that the months amounts are higher than what I signed up for
