Worst Support in South Africa

How is it possible to have the same issue every week for the past couple of months and not a single person from Afrihost can assist. Their excuse is it must be you... Please can you stop telling your clients that it is their systems that are at fault when it is not. We have an issue instead of a quick fix you read off your FAQ page maybe take the time to read what the issue is and realize it is not your clients.
