Worst service worst company!

If I could give afrihost 0 stars I would. I received my replacement Sim 9 days ago and still not able to get it up and running. I ordered the Sim 29 February, was promised 3-5 days delivery, received it after 10 days and no one is able to figure out why I am unable to make use of the package. All I hear is the status of the Sim is pending and its been escalated. EVERYDAY!! I call and request calls from 8am until 8pm every day!! This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had in my life! Afrihost is worse than TELKOM! How can nobody fix my issue?!?
