Worst service that I ever had.

Your installation is scheduled for 15th May 2020 at 3pm. I have been asking for Vuma to repair my ceiling that their installation technician damaged when he fell in the roof since May 2020. Back and forth we go between Vuma and Afrihost. According to Vuma , Afrihost did not log a ticket. (not my problem) I logged it with Afrihost. Please fix the ceiling and take ownership. Vuma's technician fell in the roof and caused the damages. Get your support staff to log proper tickets and not lose information each time and ask the same questions over and over. There is a major communication gap between VUMA and Afrihost. This has to be fixed.
