Worst service providers

Worst worst service I received. Excuse after excuse. Ask for senior person but always either away or on lunch or whatever excuse they can come up with. Signal not true speed, and this after I told them the router is faulty that they supp****. When cancel they still deduct funds and can not refund without permission and whatever excuse. Never again
