Worst service provider ever

Since Saturday weve been without internet connection. (Acc***) Not once has Afrihost informed us of what the problem is unless i send an email or whatsup to ask. You cant get hold of any of these call centre agents and they all have different stories when they reply to your mails. For 3 days now they don't have a ETI . They don't care if your business is affected and they wont credit you for days of no connectivity, but oh boy just be one day late with your payment and they are quick to cut you. So sick of not getting the service your hard earned money pays for.
