Worst service provider ever

Worst service provider ever. 3 working days 3 reference number they cant find out he issue..... FF #861928 NFV-***0 AOP-***6 Call Center people cant find any resolution, manger cant find issue, today 3rd working day i dont have internet. call center people dont have courtesy to call back, & no updates from Afrihost at all. if we want to know status , we should call them always. Guys pls dont use Afrihost.
