Worst service provider! Do not use [URL Removed]

Never answers the phone at call centre, if they do they are so unhelpful. We have next to 0 internet connection and they refuse to sort it out. Empty promises, replies to emails and messages 7 to 10 days later, if you are lucky to get a reply. Consultants who take no pride or responsibility for their work. Useless service provider. Cannot run a business with their internet connection as you are almost always off line! And they never respond to complaints, never get back to you. Always sends the same email saying I must do a string of tests to see where the fault lies - why do I pay them if I have to do the service! If this is the way they operate they should only bill you for the days that you actually had connectivity and access. Fed up with bad service and ******** and indifferent consultants.
