Worst service provider!

Honestly the worst service provider. Ever since I have gotten my fiber line and got hooked up with Afrihost and their router, I have not had a stable connection since. It's been about a week now and I have been on the phone countless times with them. All I get told is to switch my router off and on. They don't want to send anyone to come have a look. I am paying R777 per month for what?? I still need to buy mobile data in order to work from home

Why is the service so poor?
