Worst Service!! Please don't waste your money on this company

1 star because there is no option for zero. What a ********** experience dealing with Afrihost and Frogfoot. The fibre line has been down since Sunday ticket number #STG-***9, we work from home and there is ping latency hence we cannot receive calls or access work machines. We earn per hour, meaning we have not made any money since Sunday. We have tried to contact Afrihost who say the problem is with Frogfoot and Frogfoot says its Afrihost and they should make a plan to send a technician. Noone takes responsibility and noone wants to send out a technician to check this out. All they ask is stupid troubleshooting steps that we've done since Sunday, sent all screenshots but no help whatsoever besides being pushed around between the companies. I would not advise anyone to use Afrihost and Frogfoot if you have a choice. The worst!
