Worst service or non existent service

Terrible service... been almost 3 weeks since I complained about intermittent signal issues.... not one call back from them to date... Trying to get hold of them also a nightmare... despite a voice prompt stating hold time is 1 min - I’ve been on hold for over ten mins now and still can’t get through... Pathetic to say the least
