Worst service, only option is to cancel account because no agents are available!

My parents recently moved to a new location and have an active Afrihost account, they are pensioners and not very tech savvy. My dad has now tried for almost a month to get their connection moved over to their new home with no luck. There is no phone number they can phone, and no one can assist them. This is extremely poor service and has led them to the only alternative which is to cancel their current Afrihost account because no one can assist.
