Worst Service on hosting

<p>My site has been loading a blank white page for a week now, and the support staff is failing to explain to me why, trying to back up the site, that is still not working, without trying to find a solution. NO one seems to know whats going on, and I just get passed onto the next person.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of this now, and I really just want my site back in working order</p>
