Worst service/ no reply

<p>I have been a customer with them for a long time and recommended them to lots of my friends. But the service has become unacceptable.</p> <p>I receive countless sms and mails from Afrihost that are for the attention of another person. I informed them a few times but still I get even messages to "rate the service" When I reply just another computer message arrives, in the name of another customer. I sent emails and even CC'd Gian but no help or reply...I am speechless</p> <p> </p>
