Worst service in the WORLD!

This was the worst service I’ve ever received from any service provider. Firstly I chose Afrihost because I believed in the brand and that I would get the best service. I was so wrong, first someone called to schedule installation and I made sure that my schedule is clear and they didn’t pitch. I had to contact Afrihost again to ask why and then reschedule. Then I received a username and password from Vumatel. Contacted Afrihost to ask how I use this and then I was told that the line was not provisioned. A ticket was opened and the next day I received 2 of the same sms. Still no internet access, a few days later still nothing. Bear I mind I was contacting Afrihost in a daily basis. I asked that I be kept updated and that a manager calls me back. That never happened. On the 27th April - 13 days after installation I asked to be called back again. I asked one agent to cancel my service and he/she just ignored that request and only updated me on the ticket and requested the manager to call me back. This time I received a call back, was placed on hold for 16mins and then he hung up.
