Worst service in SA

I have been having DSL line Issues for over a week now. <br> <br> Telkom FINALLY came out to fix it on Saturday, everything worked for 2 hours and then the same issues started. <br> <br> Contacted Afrihost and spoke to a supervisor, I think her name was Ntombi. Very helpful lady, promised high and low that someone would be in contact on Monday to come out and fix my line, it is now 15:01 on Monday and I have heard nothing. <br> <br> Also, on Saturday, I spoke to a Sandeep in the call center who laughed at me when I stressed the urgency of needing my line fixed. I'm a freelance writer and I depend on DSL for my income. <br> <br> Worst ISP in the country, really. Their customer service is an absolute joke.
