Worst service imaginable!

Day 7 , still without internet , I have never seen such bad service in my life. The Fibre manager does not even know what is going on. They cannot change a setting to change my line from a 10 meg to a 200Mbps as it was before. Please save yourself from a heart attack and stay away from this company.
