Worst Service I have ever received from Afrihost

Totally unforgivable, I ordered a DSL line to be installed, I had to pay R549 for the router that is supp**** by Afrihost and R249 for the courier charges to get the router. A few days after signing up for the package the router was delivered, I asked when the installation would take place Afrihost informed me that it should take place the same day or the following day. 2 days later I received a sms saying that they can not install the DSL. Now I have this router that has cost me R798 that I can now do anything with as Afrihost informed me that I will need to get wireless internet and that I should request that the router be returned, I did this and now am being charged again R249 for courier charges for Afrihost to collect their router now costing me R1047 and I have nothing now.
