Worst service I have ever received!!!

I logged a ticket on the 8th of September and have yet to receive any feedback as to what the issue is with my LTE account. I have asked on many occasions for an update, just to be told that there is no update and that it has been escalated to the LTE department. I get under 1Mbps download speeds but the upload speeds are usually over 40Mbps. I can't even use remote desktop with this connection. I have spent hundreds of Rands on mobile data just so I can work from home. Even Telkom offer better service than this.
