Worst service I have ever had!!

Pathetic service!!! I am very disgusted by how I am being treated after trying to use your service for house hold use!! I been trying for almost 2 weeks to move from Mweb to Afrihost, I am in the Mitchells plain Fibre zone, I called and got my line eventually cancelled after fighting with Mweb!! Spoke to so many consultants on your chat service but all of them are useless because how can the story change everytime I chat to a new person!!! Thought I was getting some great service again when I was told that my line has officially been placed and I needed to make payment but that was Bull ****!!! I paid my R399 using the paygate service which was emailed from you guys!! 24 hours it would take.... I called after 24 hours, was told sorry that information was wrong. It will take 48 hours by the new consultant! today is the 8th and I was told that the order wasnt even placed.. so like *** who is the one that is being *** with there job???

Come on guys??? Is this how Afrihost treats there new clients??? If so that **** off and give me my refund. I will rather take my business else where!! because I been trying since the 29th of last month to move from Mweb to Afrihost and was charged on the 6th of July my service fee but yet there is no service!! SOUNDS LIKE IM THE BIGGEST LOSER HERE!!!
