Worst Service I Have Ever Experienced

<p>Hi,<br />I used to love Afrihost, but after their level of service I have experienced today, Telkom seems like a drop in the bucket compared to them. I have signed up for a data bundle and after receiving an email confirming that everything was ready, I set my device up with the correct APN. I could not connect, no matter what, so I sent an sms to request a call back. Then, after about 30 minutes, I tried the email route. After waiting about an hour, I was fed up so I called in. My issue was quickly resolved and the consultant confirmed that the issue was on their side, which makes logical sense because I didn't change anything and it started working all of a sudden. About 2 hours later, I received 2 calls from them, since I have logged the request, and I told them that everything was working fine now. One hour after that, at about 22:16, a woman called me again and I told her that the issue was resolved and she can go ahead and close the ticket. Immediately after putting the phone down, I had the exact same issue again. I phoned, but they don't seem to have 24/7 service like VOX does. After sending two emails, the issue was resolved again. I am not sure whether the issue started again because of something the woman changed, but it may be possible. To be honest, I just feel that all of the frustration I have experienced with Afrihost today is absolutely unacceptable and they should really start offering better support. VOX has 24/7 support, and I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes after requesting a call back. I also feel that it is unfair that I had to spend airtime to fix something that I had paid for the same day, because of something that they set up incorrectly. I would like for a manager to contact me asap.</p>
