Worst Service from any provider ever

I have been trying for 4 days to get my site which afrihost hosts connected to the database they also host. I have spend a total of 5 hours and 30 min on the phone and sent them 51 emails, but my problem is still not resolved. The support doesn't even know how to create a connection string to the database. As soon as the consultant and this happened more than once, spend more than 5 min on the phone with me, they just hang up, leaving me to call again and wait another 20min for help, just to have the phone disconnect prematurely. My previous issue I had with their mobile package took 4 hours on the phone and 5 days to fix. They really don't provide any support, and their support team is uneducated in their field, they don't have the most basic knowledge of web hosting and development, and quite frankly the names of their servers are offending [URL Removed] . How unprofessional can you be. I am truly very disapointed in a company that boasts to be the best at what they do. I would rather say they are the worst at what they do.
