Worst service from an ISP in 10 over years!

Been waiting 2 months for a simple fibre installation!!! Ordered Fibre at the end of May for a house we were moving into mid June. I've had zero communications or progress from Afrihost and Openserve. Every time I try follow up it gets "escalated" and ***ol happens. I preemptively cancelled my Fixed-LTE in anticipation for the installation. When I realised I was getting zero progress on the installation, I tried to cancel my LTE cancellation so that I could at least still have internet for my wife who works from home. Only to be told it was too late to cancel, get charged a R1000 cancellation fee, and told I need to sign up for a new month-to-month LTE package. Which I did. And now regret. On top of that, last night I see we've magically gone through 35Gb of data (which is 2X-3X our usual 24hr usage) which has come off our Day Time data. This is the worst service I've had from an ISP in over 10 years! About as useless as Telkom was before I cancelled my telephone line back in day. Pure internet ***.
