WORST SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST

I have had the worst service from them. I requested my debit order to go off on the 25th of each month, but now one even bothered to answer me and they just keep on deducting on the first. So, this means the debit order bounces each month, but I EFT the money into their account each month. Always up to date. Now they have deactivated my account and after nearly 30 emails back and forth, I still have had not answer to changing the date to the 25th. They are to big and do not worry about the small people at the bottom. They have enough big companies to support them.
