Worst service for our domain

I have experienced the worst service from Afrihost. We have hosted our domain with afrihost and we have used office 365.com and after we have canceled our service with Office 365 they refuse to help me. When i contact the call center they explain to me that I am only allow to contact the hosting team via whats App and when I do they want me to send an e-mail to them. After I explained to them that I am unable to receive any e-mail they just ignore my whats app messages! I feel so helpless at the moment as there is nobody that wants to assist me. This is by far the worst of the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I will never advise anybody to use their service.
