Worst Service Experience EVER

I will never go through Afrihost ever again. Not only was I left struggling for a month with no wifi or service, but I was then still charged for a service I never received in the first place. When disputed I am told I will not be refunded. So they are happy to take your money but have no interest in providing efficient service. And to add insult to injury, I went through Metro Fiber and it was resolved in one day! Afrihost has the worst customer service, they do not care about their customers, they only care about lining their pockets! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
