WORST SERVICE EVER - STAY AWAY

Absolutely the most inefficient company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an order for a new service on the 7th July, by the 31st July still nothing had happened after numerous phone calls. I eventually get told that TT connect is not live in my complex and it was up to me not them to find out if they were. I had the router delivered at my cost and now I tell them to come take it back they want to charge me the courier fees again. I would never recommend using them.
