WORST SERVICE EVER - PATHETIC

Absolutely pathetic! Quick to take your money and let you wait more than a month for installation in Pretoria with no way of knowing what's going on! We have phoned and emailed them numerous times and every time it's the same pathetic story...they will "escalate it" and get back to us. And then no one gets back to you. They **** to us and told us they did not have any form of communication with the installation partners, except for one email, just to hear today that there is another contact they will escalate it to and should've done so the first time they did not get any feedback within 42 hours...and here we have been waiting for MORE THAN A MONTH! Wasting rent on a flat we can't live in because we don't have internet access for work etc.
