Worst service ever from all internet providers.

I've been having internet problems since 29/08/2025. Everytime I get told to disconnect the cable from the fibre box and connect it to my PC. Then disconnect and connect it to my router but the problem still persist and nobody is willing to fix the problem. We changed the Afrihosts router and the same problem persist. Then they started blaming metrofibre, that there is a port issue. They said that they will give me feedback and now it there is no feedback from them. Now I am having the same problem again and not one of them is interested in fixing my problem. Sout Africa please stay away from this useless intenet service provider.
