Worst. Service. Ever from Afrihost. And that's still the understatement of the past 5 decades.

What an absolute disaster of an ISP, and that's putting it politely and mildly. I have had no internet for the past 4 days. And due to my own efforts of reaching the network provider, I learned that not only did Afrihost not escalate the fault I had initially reported, but they also blatantly **** to me time and time again about the reason my internet was down. I called to speak to a manager about this, and guess what? The call center agent said there were no managers to assist. Her direct manager was not at work, and the other team leaders/supervisors were in another part of the building, so there was no manager to speak to. Lol. This honestly can't be real life. What a mess of a business, only Heaven knows how yall are still in business.
