worst service ever from Afrihost

I have never been to irate with bad service as I have been with Afrihost, I am a new client but I am already regretting being with afrihost I have contacted then countless times to activate my service and I swear that I was forced to reset my router more than 128 times, with assistance I cannot register my router I cannot connect to my service this is the worst company to be associated with, I used to think telkom was bad but trust me they are the same, same bad service same ****py service and same bull**** they spew about so called customer service....what customer service?. do not waist your time with Afrihost all you will get is a headache and a lot of tickets supposedly being logged for you but no one can resolve anything, I think its time we search elsewhere for service.
