Worst service EVER!!!!

So this is now over a week after I posted on this page that the service is useless. Now 2 months without WIFI but they still bill me!!! they said they are sending out a technician but never heard from this person and this is now 5 days later. I have spoken to accounts and to support and to over 10 different people at Afrihost and no one helps me out. This is the worst service ever and I have been with Afrihost for almost 4 years now. Now that I want to cancel and go to VODACOM Direct they tell me I cant do that and I am liable to pay for installation that they did not even do correctly the first time and broke our cables. AFRIHOST you are really treating your clients bad and all you can always say is apologies for the inconvenience - well I am over that now this is a massive inconvenience now I pay for DATA and for WIFI that I dont even have at all!!!! I am going to share this over all platforms I want people to see how useless AFRIHOST IS!!!! It is simple come out to my house fix the WIFI and we all happy but no I have to shout first but even that does not help at all!!!!
