worst service ever

only giving 1 star because no stars in not an option! for the past 2 years I have been having an ongoing battle with afrihost who sold me a package including installation - turns out vumatel is looking for R1725 for installation as afrihost now claim the installation took place on a date after their special offer - a date they booked which they failed to mention at the time was after the offer date - even though they installed at 2 houses and are only looking for installation costs for one of them - so their excuses don't even hold water! So yesterday I was told by vumatel they are suspending their line - called afrihost to cancel as why pay for a service I have no access to with the line suspended - afrihost can't understand why I would want to cancel with them when I haven't paid vumatel - I could have spent the morning talking to the wall for the amount of assistance I got!! incredible!!
