Worst service ever, delayed complaints and refund process over a year now and still waiting

Worst company ever to use for Fibre connection. Waiting for over a year regarding a refund which no one has gotten back to me. Quick to debit money from account details when no line is active especially due to the line disconnected for 6 months of heavy rain in April last year still got deducted full installments for no reason at all with making it a mission to follow up for a refund. Staff and customer service is the worst with response time and complaints as it is pass a year and no manager contacted me back regarding the refund.
