Worst service ever

Cannot resolve connected status without internet from exactly 12 o clock on the 30th of November. Tested lines, reset and re configutation of router without any luck. Between Afrihost and Vumatel they cannot resolve my fibre. My line shows up at Afrihost but NO INTERNET connection still. Case ***9 with Vumatel. The latter claimed all is fine but no one contacted me or visited our residence.
