Worst service ever!

The worst service I have ever received. I order Fibre two weeks ago. All the instillation was done only for me to have to contact Afrihost and find out what was happening. I was then told my router order was lost and I had to re-order a router which I have done have to pay for and now I have to wait another plus week just for delivery!!!
