WORST SERVICE EVER

Afrihost is the worst company to ever deal with. I tried relocating my Fibre since the 28 November and until today it's not relocated to my new address but they send endless emails to settle my outstanding balance. Why should I settle my account or pay for a service that I am not using. I explained my situation endless times but no one every reads the email. The only thing they can reply is settle your outstanding balance. It's as if I am speaking to a robot that only does an auto reply. I said this a few times so I will say it again. I WILL NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT I AM NOT USING. THESE IDIOTS CAN'T EVEN FOLLOW A SIMPLE INSTRUCTION OR CAN'T EVEN RESPOND TO AN EMAIL.
