Worst service ever

I have signed up with Afrihost on 22 August 2019, because I would need internet by end of August and it is supposed to take a week. They delivered the router a few days later, but have not come to install my fibre. I called and sent WhatsApp messages numerous times to follow up but all in vain as I get sent from pillar to post. I was also told my order was lost, but with no follow-up or attempt to rectify it. By far the worst service I have ever experienced.
