WORST SERVICE EVER

I am astonished by how this company works. The contract states that it can take up to 21 days to come and install Fibre in our house. I ordered from them on the 9th of September and no one has came here. I've been phoning their support nonstop to find out what the issues are. TT-Connect has arranged to come through on 3 separate occasions but did not pitch at all, also didn't contact us on any occasion. Since we struggled to get anything out of afrihost, I decided to phone TT-Connect directly. Only to find out that they got the address incorrect even though they afrihost sent us an invoice to pay for everything, and on the invoice the address is correct. So they ended up installing our Fibre device in someone else's house who signed for it.

Again - they didn't contact us to find out if that is our property. Now TT-Connect left us saying that there's another 7 day waiting period. And received another email saying that we have 15 days to pay for the delivery for the router even though we don't have anything from them.

This is so unprofessional.
