WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Afrihost is the worst, their service is **** the agents omgood lawd is of no help, why is it so difficult to change from GB to uncapped for telkom service, it's been 2 months that I've requested to change to uncapped and yet nothing!!! I've done follow ups and everytime they told me it's sorted yet to find out it's not!!! I'm done with Afrihost!!!
