Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I'm so disappointed with the service received by Afrihost and Openserve, it's a month now that ive been applying but Openserve keep canceling my order according to Afrihost, I want to know the reasons why, no one can explain or provide a solution, they saying that it could be the additional line that I'm requesting as there is a line already on the sane premises, it's not rocket science it's plain laziness and rejecting a business opportunity. I will never recommend Afrihost to anyone, I haven't even started yet,imagine if I'm experiencing this now what will my journey ahead be.My details are as follows shireenjagers7 ***
