Worst service ever

I have had the worst experience with Afrihost the back and forth from them with Openserve, I haven't had any connection for the past 5 Days and I had called them and they had advised us that our line is fine we should just switch it off and on again, I had to get a technician to check and he had advised that our line has been suspended by open serve, I had then contacted openserve but they couldn't assist us as they say we pay Afrihost . I currently work from home and this has affected me. I NEED MY LINE TO BE BACK ON I HAVE WASTED ALOT OF MONEY BUYING DATA .......... I will never use your serve again
