Worst service ever

I am so appalled by the service I am receiving from Afrihost. I've always been happy the past year but I cannot believe the pathetic service you're giving me. You ported me to Telkom from Cell C without my consent. I was told my telkom data has been deleted without even using it, I've queried about the data usage and how it was depleted last week and no response. Bought 10G today after paying an extra R50 and no data has been allocated, what clown service is this? I want my R680 back because I paid for service I DID NOT receive.
